Authorized Pick-Up Management
in the Alaris Parent Portal

After logging into your Alaris Parent Portal account, click on the child you wish to edit details for and then click on the Edit button at top right.

Click on the + under Who is authorized to pick up?

Click on the + to add authorized pick-up.

Enter adult's details. You also have the option to assign this adult as an emergency contact. Click add and the system will search for an existing contact or allow you to create a new contact.

You will be given the option to assign this adult to all children on your account. Repeat all steps as needed and click save at top right to finish.
